Returns Policy


Please read carefully.

Refundable Returns
We can offer a full refund on Knitwear, Accessories, Homewares as these are not made to order, please return them within 14 days of receipt.  Please not that we cannot cover the cost of the return of your item.

Non-refundable returns 

Our clothing is made to order, so you can be sure that your garment is perfect for you. We don't hold stock, so we only print enough fabric to fulfill each order. This means that your garment is made freshly just for you.
Sale items are also non-refunable.

We don't give refunds on unwanted or wrong-size garments, but we can offer a free alteration service and a size or style swap. We will do everything we can to reach a satisfactory agreement with our customers

Swap Size or Styles
We offer a limited-size exchange service if your garment is the wrong size and cannot be altered. 
If you're not happy with the look of your garment, simply contact us and we'll do our best to help you exchange your goods with another item from our collections, we understand that sometimes things look great on the website but don't feel right when you try them on at home and we want our customers to be happy.

Alteration Service
We understand that mistakes can happen, so we offer an alteration service to ensure that you’re happy with your garment. The first alteration is free of charge, and subsequent alterations are £15 per hour. Please contact us before sending the goods back to discuss the changes. The customer is responsible for the costs of return delivery

Try and Buy on another site
Another alternative is to buy through Wolf & Badger, here we sell a small amount of pre-made standard stock which can be returned and refunded as standard.

Damaged Goods
We check everything to make sure it meets our high standards before it is posted, however, sometimes mistakes do happen, if you find your order to be damaged* please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We are unable to offer refunds after this period.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process depending on the original payment method. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and named customer.


All our UK AND OVERSEAS orders are sent out via Royal Mail tracked and signed for. You will receive a text notification when your order is on the way with a tracking number.

Processing time

This is the time I need to prepare the fabric and sew the garment, dispatch times vary but we can roughly suggest-

Handmade clothing 7-14 days.

 We can promise that it is worth the wait!

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. I regret the delays caused by shipping times but we are unable to take responsibility for shipping delays.

*We cannot offer refunds if the garment/s are believed to be worn or damaged by the customer, please keep swing tags on the garments, we cannot refund any garments which have had the swing tags removed, as this is likely to have been worn.

As a small company, we cannot cover return expenses customers are responsible for the return postage costs. please use a recorded postage service as we are unable to take responsibility for orders lost in the post.


We ask that the customer reads the sizing information carefully before placing an order, please do not buy if you are unsure.
We encourage customers to contact us if they are in any doubt before purchasing.
