Delivery

All our UK AND OVERSEAS orders are sent out via Royal Mail tracked and signed for. You will receive a text notification when your order is on the way with a tracking number.

Processing time

This is the time I need to prepare the fabric and sew the garment, dispatch times vary but we can roughly suggest-

Leggings 7-14 days.

Handmade clothing 14-21 days.

 We can promise that it is worth the wait!

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. I regret delays caused by shipping times but we are unable to take responsibility for shipping delays.

Returns 
Everything we make through our website is 100% made to order, we do not hold stock. With every order placed we print enough fabric to fulfill the order and a member of staff in Haus is paid to create it for you, we do not accept refunds on unwanted/wrong size garments but we can offer a free alteration service, plus, we can also offer a limited size exchange service if your garment is the wrong size and cannot be altered. Please contact us directly and we will do our best to help with a size exchange. 

Before making an order we ask that you, our customer check your size and buy a size up if you are unsure, or contact us directly, we can and want to help you match your expectations. 


Alteration Service
We do understand that sometimes mistakes can be made so we reassure our customers by adding a alteration service. We will mke the first alteration free of charge and then charge £15 per hour to make further alterations, please contact us before sending the goods back to discuss the changes, The customer is responsible for the costs of return delivery.

Try and Buy on another site
Another alternative is to buy through Wolf & Badger, here we sell a small amount of pre-made standard stock which can be returned and refunded as standard.

Damaged Goods
We check everything to make sure it meets our high standards before it is posted, however, sometimes mistakes do happen, if you find your order to be damaged* please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We are unable to offer refunds after this period.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process depending on the original payment method. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and named customer.

*We cannot offer refunds if the garment/s are believed to be worn or damaged by the customer, please keep swing tags on the garments, we cannot refund any garments which have had the swing tags removed, as this is likely to have been worn.

As a small company, we cannot cover return expenses customers are responsible for the return postage costs. please use a recorded postage service as we are unable to take responsibility for orders lost in the post.

Sizing

We ask that the customer reads the sizing information carefully before placing an order, please do not buy if you are unsure.
Customers are welcome to contact us if they are in any doubt before purchasing.
