WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Handmade orders are approx 2-3 weeks.
All other orders such as scarves and bags will be shipped out within approximately one week- 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your shipment as well as tracking information soon after. Please be patient when waiting for your parcel as unforeseen circumstances can get in the way of deliveries reaching you in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
Handmade will be sent using Royal Mail recorded services, or an international recorded mail, you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, Orders can be shipped internationally, please get in touch with your requirements.
We will provide a tracking number, due to the recent delays caused by Covid we advise the customer to allow 2 weeks as postage time.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST ME?
All shipping costs are determined by the shipping carrier depending on the weight of the package and the final destination. During the checkout process after you have filled in your address, your carrier will be determined and the shipping cost (if any) will be calculated at that time and added to your total.
